Join us for Second Sundays at SAMA! Take a moment to slow down together on a family-friendly tour featuring two works of art, or swing by the Art Cart for this month’s hands-on activity. It’s the perfect way to explore, play, and connect with art as a family. Come curious—leave inspired!Admission is free for Bexar County residents between 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Capture the essence of a masterpiece by exploring line in a playful and simple drawing exercise. Create a blind contour drawing by keeping your eyes on an artwork while guiding your pencil across the page, tracing curves, edges, and details in one continuous stroke. Enjoy the delightfully wobbly or surprisingly expressive results of focused observation!
Free with Museum admission
