About this Event
Invitation
Step out of the December rush and into the living room sphere of Bookstor Café.
Season Blessings is a special evening of songs and stories to warm up our hearts for the season ahead. Fantine Thó on guitar and voice and Vrijesh Dhanani on tablas weave mantras, chants and original songs, including Fantine’s Christmas Song (For You) / Para Você, with stories of love, compassion and kindness.
Music portraits
At the heart of the evening is flow music made in the moment. Your vision for the new season is turned into sounds, vibrations and songs, created live in the room.
The mystery book ... no peeking!
A table of wrapped books awaits: different categories, different prices, not a single title showing. Think of a book lover in your life, someone who loves surprises, adventures or mystery. Then follow your heart and intuition and choose a book blindly as their Christmas gift.
At the table
Chai, cookies and artisan chocolate to share.
Your musicians
- Fantine Thó (voice & guitar): yoga and meditation teacher and songwriter. Her travels and spiritual seeking shape the warmth of her music.
- Vrijesh Dhanani (tablas): trained under three gurus in the Delhi and Farukhabad Gharanas, he has travelled across 50 cities in India with a Sufi band. For him, rhythm is everywhere, and music is a way of bringing it all together.
Bring your loved ones. Seats are limited, so book early.
