There is no need to book a place for our monthly Carer Support Groups, you are welcome to just come along!💚All of our groups are facilitated by a DISC staff member, we aim to provide a safe space to talk about your role as a carer and to also gain information and support. We provide tea, coffee and biscuits. ☕
All of our sessions are totally free of charge.
