Description

Delve into the delights of these classic French seafood dishes. You'll practice basic techniques like braising, roasting, and searing as you perfect your techniques and pick up tips on cooking a variety of seafood. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older! You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your seafood dishes.

  • Les Moules de la Mere Pin (Mussels in White Wine with Tomatoes & Basil) 

  • Baudroie a la Provence (Monkfish with Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic & Olive Oil) 

  • Saumon Confit (Slow-roasted Salmon) 

  • Coquilles Saint-Jacques Vinaigrette Tiede la Cagouille (Sea Scallops with Warm Vinaigrette)


Safety & Precautions

  • At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

  • For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
