Sourdough English Muffins & Trout Gravlax: A Hands-On Cooking Workshop
Join Wholesomely Jane x Sea Forager for an intimate, hands-on cooking experience celebrating sourdough baking, sustainable seafood, and the joy of making food from scratch!
In this 3-hour workshop, you'll learn to make fluffy, golden sourdough English muffins using whole-grain and spelt flours, then prepare your own beet-cured trout gravlax featuring sustainably raised rainbow trout sourced by local seafood CSA Sea Forager.
We'll finish by gathering around the table for a delicious homemade brunch, enjoying our freshly griddled English muffins with trout gravlax and an assortment of sweet and savory toppings.
