About this Event
This class will feature both fruit-filled scones and bright, citrusy lemon scones, along with a versatile base recipe that can be easily customized to suit your own tastes. These tender, buttery scones are rich, moist, and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or an afternoon treat.
During this hands-on class, Instructor Amy Loizer will guide participants through the process of preparing a variety of sweet and savory scones while exploring the ingredients, mixing methods, and baking techniques that create light, flavorful results. Participants will learn how to incorporate different fruits, cheeses, herbs, and other additions to make each recipe their own.
We will make both drop scones and shaped scones, discussing the advantages of each method and sharing tips for achieving the perfect texture every time. Whether you are an experienced baker or trying scones for the first time, you'll leave with new skills, creative ideas, and delicious recipes to recreate at home.
