About this Event
The OhioHealth Stroke Wellness Program is offering a nutrition education program sharing nutritional concepts, food tips, recipes, cooking demonstrations and samples to stroke survivors and their care partners. This is designed to help people manage symptoms after a stroke, reduce secondary complications, improve energy and prevent future strokes by improving nutrition. Participants will have opportunities to ask questions with a licensed dietician and physical therapist to make healthier choices to influence their overall well-being.
