About this Event
Join us at Parkway Central Library, First Floor, Room 108 for a science film series!
Film screenings will take place monthly from August 2026 - June 2027 and will be followed by a brief community discussion of film and science careers.
The film for October will be March of the Penguins (2005) narrated by Morgan Freeman. This film centers on what lessons we can learn from arctic migration patterns and how animal behavior has adapted to the harshest climate systems. We will discuss the careers of marine and animal biologists and general facts about penguins!
EveryTuesday night is also Game Night at Parkway Central Library This film will be shown in room 108 on the first floor. Games will be setup in the Heim Center.
