Searching for the best school for your child? All aboard the School Discovery Network train, first stop: the San Antonio Zoo for the School Discovery Days. A FREE event where families can meet representatives from over 40 top San Antonio schools while enjoying a free day of fun at the San Antonio Zoo, with pre-registration. The event allows families to ask questions, get on interest lists and learn about the application process and deadlines for enrollment season. Additionally, families can receive hands-on guidance from the School Discovery Network team on navigating the nonprofit’s online tools and resources designed to simplify the search and application process. There will be a wide range of school models represented at each event including: open enrollment public charter schools, in-district charter schools, magnet schools, private schools, homeschooling, and early childhood education programs. Staff from these schools will be ready to answer questions about what learning models they offer and what makes their school unique.
