About this Event
Join a Park Ranger for a guided hike through Emerald View Park and experience one of Pittsburgh’s most scenic paved trails. This 2-mile outing features 174 feet of elevation gain and is open to all ability levels, making it a welcoming option for a relaxed walk. Along the way, you’ll enjoy nearly continuous skyline views while learning about the park’s landscape and history. Participants are encouraged to dress for the weather, wear closed toe shoes, and bring water for comfort. Public restrooms are conveniently located at the one-quarter and three-quarter points of the route. Please meet your rangers outside the Monongahela Incline upper station, across from 5 Grandview Ave, to begin the adventure.
