A nourishing, safe space for women to honor their bodies, calm their minds, feed their spirits, and celebrate their feminine power.
About this Event

Rest, Reset & Reconnect

Release the stress. Reconnect with yourself. Reclaim your feminine power.

Life has a way of keeping us constantly moving, giving, achieving, and meeting everyone else’s needs. But when was the last time you gave yourself permission to simply be?

Rest, Reset & Reconnect is an intimate, empowering wellness experience designed to help women step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with their natural feminine essence, and rediscover the power of living beyond survival mode.

Through gentle movement, guided meditation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, and meaningful conversation, you’ll be invited to slow down, explore what’s been holding you back, and reconnect with the woman you are becoming.

What to Expect

Refreshments & Connection

We’ll begin with light refreshments, including coffee and tea, as you settle into a welcoming environment and connect with other women who are intentionally making space for themselves.

Guided Yoga & Grounding

Ease into the experience with gentle, guided yoga designed to release physical tension, encourage relaxation, and bring your awareness back into your body. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Guided Meditation

Quiet the mental noise and turn your attention inward through a calming meditation experience designed to cultivate mindfulness, inner peace, and a deeper connection with yourself.

Positive Emotional Anchoring Through NLP

Explore the power of your thoughts, emotions, and unconscious patterns through interactive NLP exercises, including emotional anchoring and reframing. You’ll learn practical techniques for intentionally accessing empowering emotional states, challenging limiting beliefs, and exploring new perspectives on what’s possible for your life.

Thinking Beyond Survival Mode: Powerful Reframe Activity

What would your life look like if you were no longer operating from stress, fear, obligation, or the constant need to do more?

Together, we’ll explore the beliefs and patterns that keep us stuck in survival mode and discuss how to begin creating lives rooted in self-love, confidence, emotional freedom, and intentional choice.

Reflection & Open Discussion

We’ll close with an open, supportive conversation where you’ll have the opportunity to share your insights, reflect on your experience, and connect with other women on their own journeys of personal growth.

What to Bring

Come comfortably dressed and ready to relax, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

● Yoga mat: Bring your own mat for our gentle yoga and grounding session.

● Comfortable clothing: Wear something that allows you to move, stretch, and relax freely.

● Water bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the experience.

● Journal and pen: Bring something to capture personal reflections, insights, and intentions.

● An open mind: Come willing to explore new perspectives, release limiting beliefs, and embrace new possibilities.

No yoga or meditation experience is needed. All activities are beginner-friendly, and you’re encouraged to participate at your own comfort level.

Most importantly, bring yourself—exactly as you are.

This Is Your Invitation to Choose Yourself.

You don’t have to earn your rest. You don’t have to wait until you’re overwhelmed to slow down. And you don’t have to spend your life simply surviving.

You deserve to experience peace, joy, connection, and the freedom to live authentically.

Join us for two intentional hours of relaxation, self-discovery, sisterhood, and empowerment as we celebrate the beauty and power of our natural feminine essence.

Come as you are. Leave with a renewed sense of connection, clarity, and possibility.
