Welcome to the longest running comedy show in Australasia.Take one masterful MC, add an accomplished pianist, throw in a handful of the funniest actors in the country, throw out the script so nobody knows exactly what’s going to happen, and you have a recipe for next-level, late-night laughter!
After 35 years of entertaining audiences in Ōtautahi Christchurch, you could say that ‘Scrippy’ is as Christchurch Famous as the Togo tag, the brutalist Timezone, and running orange lights. Now that we have a fresh new home in the Wakefield Family Front Room, an earlier start time of 9pm, and a gaggle of amazingly talented new improvisors in The Court Jesters, you could (humblebrag) say that Scrippy is more appealing than ever.
Be part of a true Canterbury original, Scared Scriptless. Fridays (and some sneaky Saturdays), 9pm, utterly unpredictable, and funny as!
