Meet the Trusted Partners Behind Your Future Home at Our Preferred Partner ShowcaseThursday, October 15th from 5:00 - 7:00 PM
Come see why your neighbors chose The Courtyards at The Brooks, Epcon Community by South Shore Homes to build their luxury ranch homes—and meet the trusted partners behind it all.
Our Preferred Partner Showcase is your opportunity to connect with the local trades, respected suppliers and premium brands who help bring our homes to life. Through our Preferred Trade Partner program, we build lasting relationships with professionals we trust to deliver the quality, care and craftsmanship your home deserves.
We’re proud to work with local trades who serve the community you’ll call home. This special evening gives you the chance to meet the people behind the work, ask questions and discover why we’ve chosen them to help build your future home at The Courtyards at The Brooks.
Enjoy hors d’oeuvres, desserts and cocktails while exploring the thoughtful design, elevated products and expert craftsmanship that come together in our luxury ranch homes—created for low-maintenance living and a true lock-and-leave lifestyle.
We’re proud to feature presentations from:
• LP Siding
• Pella Windows
• Walter E. Smithe Furniture
You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with our showcase partners, including Medallion, Schlage, Bosch, Delta, Maxim Lighting, MSI, Sherwin Williams and more—each contributing to the quality, comfort and beauty of your future home.
As a special thank you for joining us, we’ll be hosting drawings for five $100 gift cards to some of Valparaiso’s favorite downtown restaurants.
Join us to discover the elevated products, trusted partnerships and shared vision behind every home we build. We look forward to seeing you there!
