Forest Restoration Workshop on the Todt Hill Blue Trail - For It’s My Park Day and our 362nd workshop we’ll meet in the St. Francis Woodlands parking lot at the end of Helena Road (off Todt Hill Road, 1st street north of Whitlock Ave.), walk up the road to the Yellow Trail, then proceed southwest to the ruined foundations where we will join other volunteers to cut and uproot alien Devil’s Walking Stick and search out and cut woody, twining vines from the trees. After the work session, we’ll return to the parking lot by way of the St. Francis Woodlands boardwalk. Protectors will supply tools, gloves, and refreshments.
