🎃 SAMHAIN REVELRY | SOBER ECSTATIC DANCE 🪩Halloween Night | October 31st | 7 PM
EDENOLOGY Holistic Wellness
✨ Costumes encouraged!
This Halloween, step into something a little different.
Samhain Revelry is a sober evening of ecstatic dance, embodiment, creativity, ritual, cacao, and community—a space to celebrate Halloween while connecting more deeply with ourselves and one another.
We will begin the evening together with an opening ceremony and community agreements, followed by playful embodiment practices exploring movement, mirroring, connection, and expression. No dance experience necessary. This is simply an opportunity to loosen up, get out of the thinking mind, and begin listening to the body.
Then we turn up the music and DANCE. 🪩🔥
Ecstatic dance is free-form movement. There is no choreography, no right or wrong way to move, and no expectation to perform. Dance wildly. Sway gently. Move alone. Connect with others. Take a break. Follow what your body is asking for.
Throughout the evening, you will also be able to explore:
🧂 Salt Sanctuary — step away from the dance floor, breathe, rest, and reset
🎨 Creative Space — arts and crafts in our beautiful yoga room
🌈 Psychedelic Art Sanctuary — wander, explore, and take in the visual art
☕ Ceremonial Cacao — warm, heart-opening cacao to enjoy together
🥁 Shamanic Journeying — we will close our evening with beautiful drumming, guided meditation, and intentional integration
This is a sober event created for connection, expression, play, and celebration without substances.
And because it is Halloween…
COME IN COSTUME! 🎃🧙♀️🧚♀️👽🍄
