For the very first time, McAllister House Museum is opening the doors after dark to a limited audience of the curious and brave!
On Halloween night, guests will be treated to an immersive hour in a historic house that holds over 150 years of life and death within its walls. Share spooky (true) stories by candlelight and a lights out experience in each room. Your personal guide will share the history of guarded artifacts and some of the unusual activities noted in the house over the years.
We are offering two sessions; 6 to 7 p.m. and 7 to 8 p.m. Each session is limited to just eight people to allow for the best experience. Guests must be 14 years or older. Bring flashlights for safety during walking and on the stairs. We ask that you be respectful of the house and its history while enjoying this unique experience.
