Samhain (pronounced “sow-en”) is a Celtic Gaelic celebration of the final harvest. Traditionally marking the end of the growing cycle, the end of October ushers us into the “dark half of the year”, a liminal time for reflection, release, remembrance, and connection with the unseen. It is said that the veil between the physical world and the Otherworld grows thin, creating an opportunity to honor those who came before us and listen more deeply to our own inner wisdom.
Spend this sacred Samhain:
🍂 Honoring the deceased by building an ancestry altar (bring photos, momentos, or belongings of loved ones who have passed on.)
🍂 Practicing grounding breathwork and visualization to let go of old patterns, feelings, and doubts.
🍂 Seeking the wisdom of tarot to cross the threshold between seasons and worlds.
