Join us on Samhain, the ancient Celtic festival marking the transition from harvest season into winter. Samhain is traditionally understood as a liminal time—a threshold between seasons and worlds—when the veil between the living and the spirit world is believed to be at its thinnest.This thinning of the veil symbolizes a time when we may feel more connected to those who have passed, to ancestral wisdom, to memory, and to the unseen parts of ourselves. It is a season for honoring what came before us, reflecting on what we are carrying forward, and making space for what is ready to be released.
As we drink cacao with intention, we’ll slow down, settle into the body, and create space to connect with our hearts, our memories, and the loved ones and ancestors who came before us.
We’ll light candles in remembrance, honor the people and lineages that have shaped us, and settle into a sound bath meditation. We’ll close by opening space for Messages from the Other Side—whatever memories, intuition, inner knowing, or sense of connection may arise.
