Bring your afternoon to life with the sound of live Brazilian samba.
Every third Saturday, brings a traditional roda de samba to Union Square. Expect live Brazilian music performed in a casual, communal circle where the music and the crowd are part of the experience.
Grab a table indoors or step out onto the terrace. Order craft cocktails from the Market Bar, pick up lunch from top-tier Market vendors, and enjoy an afternoon of live music, dancing, and culture.
Te Encontro no Samba was created to strengthen and share Brazilian culture in the United States, with programming that brings people together through music, dance, workshops and community gatherings.
At the Market:

- Seating available in the main food hall and on the outdoor terrace (weather permitting)
- Dishes from acclaimed Market kitchens, plus craft cocktails, beer, and wine at the Market Bar

Good to know:
An RSVP gets you on the list and keeps you updated on event schedules, but does not reserve a table. Indoor and terrace seating are strictly first come, first served.
All ages are welcome. Guests must be 21+ with valid ID to purchase or consume alcohol.
Menu items and drinks are sold separately by individual Market vendors and the Market bar.
