On Sunday, November 29, 2026 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, Salinair Salt Room Spa is hosting Salt + Sound, a sound bath experience in our Large Salt Cave, led by Whitney Jade.
This intimate salt room + sound bath experience is limited to only 6 participants, creating a peaceful setting where you can slow down, settle in, and simply breathe.

Your session will be guided by Whitney Jade, a sound bath practitioner who believes in creating intentional spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and step away from the noise of everyday life.
Whitney's love of sound baths grew from her own appreciation for mindfulness, movement, and the power of creating moments of stillness in a busy world. Through singing bowls and other intentional sounds, she creates immersive experiences designed to encourage deep relaxation, reflection, and a sense of calm.
Her approach is welcoming and accessible. There is nothing you need to know, achieve, or do during the experience. Simply get comfortable, let go of expectations, and allow yourself to experience the sounds in whatever way feels right for you.
Inside the salt room, you'll also experience Halotherapy, also known as dry salt therapy. A commercial halogenerator grinds pharmaceutical grade salt into microscopic particles and disperses them into the air for you to breathe during the session. Halotherapy is commonly used as a complementary wellness practice for respiratory comfort and relaxation.
Paired with the immersive sounds of singing bowls, the experience gives you something many of us rarely make time for: one full hour to be still.
Disconnect from the outside world. Slow down. Breathe. And give yourself permission to simply be.
PLEASE NOTE: The halotherapy machine operates throughout the session with a soft background hum as it disperses dry salt particles into the room.
