The Salt Lake Healthy Life & Wellness Fair is an annual, free-admission community health event organized by a local regional non-profit organization. Moving into its 5th consecutive year, the event serves as a trusted cultural and clinical bridge in Salt Lake County.
The fair focuses on breaking down systemic and linguistic barriers to healthcare by providing direct access to medical screenings, insurance literacy, and holistic lifestyle practices.

- The Clinical Screening Hub: Flu shots are available without an insurance card or identification.
- The Insurance & Non-Profit Navigation Lounge: A dedicated resource pavilion featuring local non-profit health advocates and certified navigators assisting families with Utah Medicaid/CHIP enrollment and commercial plan literacy.
- The Vitality & Movement Stage: An energetic, central floor space hosting live, beginner-friendly demonstrations of Traditional Chinese Taiji (Tai Chi) for balance, family yoga, and physical movement.
- The Holistic & Lifestyle Market: A commercial and grassroots vendor space highlighting herbalism, organic nutrition, clean home products, and local fitness businesses.

The event features a fast-paced schedule of 30-minute community lectures followed by 30-minute Q&A sessions, designed to translate complex medical and administrative topics into actionable public knowledge:
