Start your week off right with this sacred journey in the salt room! Deepen your spiritual connection with yourself and the universe while receiving the benefits of the salt room at the same time.
This 90 minute event will include a theme, a spirit animal card drawn for the group, a guided meditation, Reiki while seated in the lounge chairs, discussion, journaling and a closing circle.
Reiki is universal life force energy that is guided and directed to you through light touch and on your energy field. It can help reduce stress, restore balance within the body’s energy centers, promote peace and create better energy flow between the body, mind and spirit connection. This energy is amplified in the salt room and when we sit in a circle we create a powerful energy vortex.
Please bring a notebook and a pen for journaling
Self Care Investment:$40
(This includes the 90 minute event and salt room benefits)
