Ready to unwind & relax like never before? Join us at the tranquil Touch of Life Spa & Meditation Studio in Downtown Stuart for a guided meditation paired with soothing sound healing. Let Sarah’s calm voice and healing instruments wash over you, melting away stress bringing balance to your mind and body, all while floating in the most comfortable snug aerial cacoon.
Touch of Life Spa has an incredibly unique and beautiful work of art called a Gamelatron by Aaron Taylor Kuffner. The vibrations produced by these gongs are custom created for this space and are sure to put you in a hypnotic state.
Pillows and blankets are provided. Bring comfy clothes, socks to keep your feet warm if you tend to run cold, and an open heart. It's best not to wear alot of jewelry as it can snag the silks. Cool aroma therapy eye cloths are given to help you let go even more. Look forward to seeing you there!
