Saksham Utsav 2027 rises as a transformative national platform dedicated to empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) by uniting innovation, opportunity, talent, and awareness under one roof. In a context where gaps in accessibility, employment, and social inclusion continue to persist despite rapid advancements in medical science, rehabilitation, assistive technologies, and inclusive policy frameworks, the need for a cohesive and action-oriented forum is both urgent and vital. This five-day international event seeks to bridge these divides by integrating science, culture, enterprise, and policy into a dynamic space for dialogue, innovation, and collaboration—catalysing meaningful engagement among stakeholders and fostering a more inclusive society where dignity, participation, and human potential are fully realised. This multifaceted mega event will feature a vibrant blend of Expo, Seminars, Cultural Programs, Skill Development Initiatives, and Job Fairs, will go beyond discussion—towards action. Saksham Utsav 2026 advances the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 by positioning disability inclusion as a catalyst for innovation, workforce participation, and economic growth.
