Bread rolls are traditional on a Thanksgiving plate but these biscuits will have your friends and family talking! They're perfect for cleaning plates of any remaining gravy, and they make for an AMAZING breakfast sandwich! A hint of earthy sage and the buttery, nutty flavor of Gruyere cheese pair beautifully in all the soft and flaky layers of each bite. During class, we'll also demonstrate the process of msking homemade butter. Each guest will make and take home freshly baked biscuits, homemade butter and a laminated copy of the recipe.
