Make a pie that takes your guests by a pleasant surprise this Thanksgiving! This pie has all the delicious flavors of the season and it's anything but ordinary. Tender pears, bright cranberries and warming ginger are baked inside an all butter crust, topped with ginger infused streusel. It's hard to let this one cool before digging in! If you're new to making pie from scratch, have no fear! We'll guide you through each step and share some helpful tips along the way. Each guest will make and take home a freshly baked pie and a laminated copy of the recipe.
