This mission driven queer comedy show is San Francisco's longest running LGBTQ+ standup showcase, every 4th Wednesday at the SF Eagle.About this Event
San Francisco's longest-running LGBTQ+ independent comedy show is a night of catharsis, hillarity, and joyful resiliance from diverse queer voices that make you a part of the fellowship, instead of making you the punchline.
Hosted at the historic SF Eagle, Safe Words features a curated, heavy-hitting lineup of queer comedians — ranging from beloved Bay Area locals to nationally touring headliners seen on screen from Comedy Central, Dropout, Netflix, SF Sketchfest, and more.
Produced by Safe Words Entertainment, this showcase is dedicated to accelerating the careers of queer voices — by paying fair wages, providing free headshots & promo photos, free set tapes, and more. Come for world-class jokes that make you feel seen, not shit on - and stick around for the community, comradere, and cackles.
