CAFE’s Safe Sleep Workshop is designed to equip parents, caregivers, and support networks with clear, evidence-based guidance on how to create safe sleep environments for infants and reduce the risk of sleep-related injuries and deaths.
Participants will learn current safe sleep recommendations, common myths and misconceptions, and practical strategies they can implement at home, in childcare settings, or when supporting families. The workshop is interactive, accessible, and focused on real-life application.
