MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:
Meghan O’Brien is a yoga teacher, sound healer, holistic hoop instructor, and ceremonial facilitator devoted to awakening joy, peace, and presence through movement, music, and community. A former elementary school teacher and soccer coach for over 13 years, she brings a playful and heart-centered approach to all of her classes.
Meghan holds a 300-hour Jivamukti Yoga certification with Sharon Gannon and David Life and a Kundalini Yoga Level 1 certification through KRI with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa. She is also certified in Sound Healing and Therapy through the Globe Institute with David Gibson, and is a Reiki Master and Theta Healer. She is currently training in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) from the teachings of Dolores Cannon.
She leads New Moon circles, Full Moon Kundalini classes, senior yoga and meditation, holistic hoop workshops, and children’s “Jedi Yoga.” Meghan is also the founder and “Head Avatar of Joy” of BIG FUN Circus, a soul-centered entertainment company spreading joy through creative performance and community celebration.
She believes we are all “Avatars of Joy,” here to anchor the vibration of love and help raise the frequency of our beloved Pachamama.
