💚 Sacred Women’s Circle Dance from Around the World 💚Join us for a joyful gathering of women through the beauty of sacred circle dancing from cultures all around the world. I’ve already gathered Israeli, Japanese, Latin and Irish dances.
Together, we’ll learn simple (and perhaps some not-so-simple!) uplifting dances. No experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to move.
Come as you are, connect with others, and experience the joy of moving together in a supportive space where all are welcome! 💚
A little about me:
My name is Lia, and I love dancing!
I have no formal training or professional experience, but I love moving my body and am happy to facilitate as I learn alongside you.
I have a few years of experience with Israeli circle dancing, as my parents used to teach it. It’s been a while, though, and I’m a bit rusty!
What to expect:
We’ll begin this adventure together by learning some simple dances. As we grow and learn together, the gatherings may gradually develop into something like the following:
Opening: A brief welcome and a moment to become present.
Gentle beginning: A simple circle dance to help everyone settle in.
Building energy: Several increasingly lively dances.
Peak: A joyful, energetic group dance.
Closing: A slower dance to bring everyone back to a peaceful state.
We’ll also incorporate opportunities to learn new dances, likely toward the beginning of each gathering.

Cost: Free! $5 Donations are happily accepted to help cover the cost of the space.
I plan to hold the dances every other Friday from 6-7 but I’m happy to move this to a different day/time if the majority prefer.
I also foresee bringing the circle out in nature one day but for now I am grateful for the use of the dance studio.
