Join us for a fun and light-hearted Sacred Veil belly dance class led by Gretchen! All women are welcome ~ no experience needed. You’ll learn simple, expressive movements while connecting to the rhythm between the body, and the veil in a relaxed and supportive space.Tap into the power of your feminine energy as you move ~ awakening confidence, creativity, and a deeper connection to your essence. This class is about uplifting this ancient dance; tuning into our strength, radiance, and empowered energy. A 4 week series on Mondays October 19th & 26th ~ November 2nd & 9th
Class is from 6:30pm-7:30pm
