Please join us for Sacred Sound Sunday on November 8 from 2:00-3:30pm-ish.
This guided experience will include sound bathing, chakra toning, readings of poetry and words of wisdom, journaling and grounding in community. Slip into peace as the vibrations from over 30 healing instruments help shift you from “fight or flight” to a place of peaceful relaxation.
We'll gather under the beautiful, old trees in historic Carroll Park in Long Beach.
The world is shifting and shaking right now, and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed at times. This rest will do you so much good! You deserve to take a break.
Bring a friend who needs a healing rest as well, it will be a sweet act of love.
You’ll sink into sound and experience deep relaxation for your body, mind and spirit and you’ll emerge feeling wonderfully refreshed and reconnected to yourself.
Bring your mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering and anything else you need to be comfy and cozy.
This healing sound bath is offered to you with love by donation.
