A sound journey open to all
This session offers an intentional pause from the busy pace of daily life. Through the weaving of sacred sound, spoken story and reflection, you’re invited into a space of rest, meaning and inner connection.
The session centres around crystal singing bowls, whose resonant tones gently support the nervous system and invite deep rest. Alongside sound, you’ll be guided through storytelling and moments of intention setting, offering space to connect with yourself and whatever you are carrying at this point in your life.
No prior experience with sound baths or meditation is needed.
You’re welcome to lie down or sit comfortably, allowing the sound and words to meet you where you are.
What to expect

What’s provided
- Mats, blankets and bolsters are available to support your comfort. You may wish to bring water and/or an extra layer.
Arrival
Please aim to arrive 5 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable before we begin, allowing the session to open in a calm and unhurried way.
