Designed to honor this natural seasonal shift, this nurturing workshop invites you to embrace the art of “Letting Go and Letting Be” while restoring your capacity for presence, resilience, and inner quiet..
🍁 This slow-paced evening seamlessly blends the gentle support of restorative yoga with the therapeutic resonance of sound healing vibrations by Kelvin Young. Sarita will guide you through gentle, fully supported postures using bolsters, blankets, and blocks to help you comfortably hold each pose longer. This allows your body to rest in stillness, unwind, regulate the nervous system, and relieve tension while Kelvin leads an immersive sound bath featuring crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, ocean drums, and chimes.

All props will be provided by the studio, though you’re welcome to bring your own. All levels are welcome. No prior yoga experience is needed.
