🌬️ Nervous System Reset — Breathwork, singing bowls, drum rhythms, and other sacred instruments to soothe and repair your system at the deepest level. We'll work with the vagus nerve (the vital bridge between your heart, gut, and brain) to restore balance and resilience. Yoga poses and other movement for emotional release.
