About this Event
Take this hands-on class to explore how different brewing variables will influence each shot of espresso including, puck preparation, ratio, grind size & more. Emma and Tyler will run through espresso brewing variables, and talk about how to get the best tasting espresso, and taste lots of coffee — the perfect class for beginner home baristas.
Join us while we sip our way to excellent espresso! The beginning of the class will include a presentation all about espresso brewing variables to prepare us for the hands-on portion of the class, where participants will take turns handcrafting shots of espresso to share with the group. Come prepared to drink lots of espresso as we calibrate recipes and optimize taste!
No previous brewing experience is required! Feel free to bring a notepad and pen to take notes during the lecture and use them for later reference.
