Start your weekend with intention. Join us on the third Friday of every month for a relaxing & energizing morning yoga class designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and connect with your community. This gentle-to-all-levels class lasts approximately 75 minutes and is the perfect way to begin your weekend, with still enough time to get to work by that 9AM clock-in.
