No Excuse Real Estate MeetupThursday, November 19th
7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Joe’s Crab Shack
444 N Shoreline, Corpus Christi, TX 78401
The Fed just raised rates for the first time in more than three years. Mortgage costs are already near 7%. Retail buyers are slowing down. Cash, as-is deals, and owner financing are getting stronger.
This meetup is where we talk through what that actually means in Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend. No fluff. No fear headlines. Just people who work this market every week.
Join host Richard Shelton for a night of real estate networking on the water. If you buy, sell, flip, lend, build, fix, title, insure, or wholesale property, this room is for you.
Who should come
• Realtors and real estate agents
• Real estate investors
• Lenders and mortgage professionals
• Contractors, builders, and trades
• Title and insurance professionals
• Wholesalers and property managers
• Anyone serious about getting into Corpus Christi real estate
Surrounding areas are welcome too: Portland, Robstown, Rockport, Aransas Pass, Kingsville, and the rest of the Coastal Bend.
What to expect
• Straight talk on the rate hike and how it changes buyers, sellers, and investor deals
• Networking with people who actually close
• Conversations on cash offers, as-is inventory, owner financing, and value-add work
• Local market insights for Corpus Christi and South Texas
• Food and drinks available at Joe’s while we meet
This is not a stuffy conference. Come grab a seat, meet the room, ask questions, and leave with connections you can use.
If you have a property you want to sell as-is, come talk. If you are looking for your next deal, come talk. If you want more contractor and investor relationships, come talk.
