Join an in-depth gusmaster full weekend training that goes beyond mastering the heat, steam and oils - and learn to hold space, create rituals and invite community through the sauna experience.ABOUT THIS TRAINING
The love for sauna is real, the benefits are documented, the experience is deep, communal and yet individual. We go to sauna for many reasons, and it is true for many of us that we keep coming back.
A gusmaster can easily create a sauna session that relaxes the body and offers a physical detox. But a really great gus master can create something more: a sacred experience with a deep letting go and an immersion into both an individual journey as well as a community practice .
