Dear bookworms and wannabe readers,This is an invitation to embark on a reading journey with us. We believe the power of the collective also applies to reading, bringing colors and nuances to the experience of a book. Throughout the next weeks we will be diving into a piece of literature in our own tempo, and gather in about a month to discuss, reflect, and share our experience of the book.
WHAT? This time we will be reading 'Before the Coffee Gets Cold' by Toshikazu Kawaguchi. A story about a cosy Japanese cafe that offers its visitors the chance to travel back in time.
HOW? You can buy a copy of the book through us on our event page. Otherwise, you are welcome to borrow the book from friends, libraries, or to buy it yourself, and simply join in for the gathering.
WHEN? We will have two reading parties together if you feel like reading in good company (6th October and 10th November, 17:30-19:30). Then we gather on Tuesday 17th November to discuss the book (19:00-20:30).
If you have any questions, reach out to [email protected] . See you there :)
