About this Event
A guided group ride starting and finishing at Project Colt Bridgefield Mills Elland HX5 0SQ of approximately 1 to 2 hours over a distance suited to attending riders abilities and fitness levels.
The aims of these rides are to help build bike confidence and improve mental and physical health through exercise.
Helmets and waterproof riding jackets and lights are available to borrow if you don't have your own.

Please include your name (as it appears on your booking) if you require a bicycle loan then where possible include a bike size and style (drop handle bars, flat bars). If possible include an image of a preferred bike style.
