A guided group ride available to experienced riders or those looking to get active on a bike again and socialise.About this Event
A guided group ride starting and finishing at Project Colt Bridgefield Mills Elland HX5 0SQ of approximately 1 to 2 hours over a distance suited to attending riders abilities and fitness levels.
The aims of these rides are to help build bike confidence and improve mental and physical health through exercise.
Helmets and waterproof riding jackets and lights are available to borrow if you don't have your own.
Please message The Rusty Bike Shed via our facebook page if you need to reserve a jacket, helmet or set of lights as loan items are limited in number.
