Come join in for a community centric Saturday run followed by coffee, pancakes, and free services from Vessell Contrast Therapy. Pick you own route, own pace and join in for a fun community walk/run. - Slots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The spreadsheet also contains a link to the intake form, please fill it out beforehand and save some time.
- Limited 30-minute complimentary contrast therapy sessions will be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 8:00am
- Each suite can fit up to two people. We encourage participants to sign up with a friend; otherwise, they will be paired with someone
- Bring a bathing suit and a comfortable change of clothes
- Vessel provides towels & bags to take home wet clothing
- For anyone who isn't able to claim a spot, we will have a portable cold plunge set up outside!
