About this Event
Ladies, clear your calendars!!
Join us September 24th, 2026 at 7pm at East Street Cider Co. in Goderich for an evening made for women runners - because apparently we can’t just have one hobby. We have careers, families, businesses, social lives, approximately 47 things on our to-do lists… and somehow we’re training for a race too.
Come lace up for a women’s-only social run, connect with some incredible women, and check out an exclusive on shoe demo to find the perfect fit for your stride.
Then we’ll head back to East Street Cider Co. to relax, socialize and enjoy some well-deserved girl time.
We’re also thrilled to welcome elite runner & nurse Erin Mawhinney, who will be reading excerpts from her new book: If I’m Ever in a Coma, Braid My Hair: Stories and Reflections from an ICU Nurse During COVID-19
Erin knows a thing or two about balancing a demanding professional life with running, and her book brings together stories, reflection, humour and heart from her experience as an ICU nurse during COVID-19.
Because let’s be honest being a female runner in 2026 is basically a full-time job on top of your actual full-time job.
This night is about celebrating the women who show up - whether you're chasing a PB, squeezing in a run between meetings, running because it keeps you sane, or occasionally wondering why the hell you signed up for that race in the first place.
Come for the run.
Stay for the laughs.
Meet some amazing women.
Try some shoes.
Hear an incredible story.
And remind yourself that you don't have to do it all alone.
