Run for Recovery 5K - November 28th, 2024

Join us for the 8th Annual Run for Recovery 5K, formerly known as the Turkey Trot! This family-friendly event takes place on Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 26th, starting at 8 AM. Lace up your running shoes and support a great cause as we come together to promote wellness and recovery in our community.

Your registration is FREE!

Our goal is to bring awareness to substane use and mental health recovery. You may purchase a t-shirt or donate to support the mission of bringing movement to recovery.

All proceeds directly benefit The Barbell Saves Project. Our organization is dedicated to providing exercise, yoga, and peer support to individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun way to give back this holiday season, we welcome everyone to participate.
