It is our Halloween run, so fancy dress is encouraged.
Those going ton the Saturday, Halloween pub crawl on Saturday can park overnight, it's free (thanks Yo Yo). The meeting point for the start of the pub crawl is in the bar at nearby Premier Inn, London Road, at 7pm

NWH3 is a social running/walking club, everyone is welcome no fitness, skill or membership required.
The hares lay a trail in self-raising flour (so please don't be alarmed by piles of white powder!) across footpaths and bridleways. The pack follows on, usually cross country and about 5 miles for runners and 3 miles for walkers. We all meet up for drinks and fun in the pub afterwards.
Run or walk, all ages and abilities welcome. Non-competitive, social group. See you On On 👣
