10th Annual RUMBLE AT THE ROGUE! This year we are supporting Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy. Registration will open August 1st. Teams of 2, same gender. RX or Scaled division. This is an in-house (friendly;)) competition for Rogue River CrossFit members only. Everyone who registers will get a t-shirt and a swag bag. Podium winners receive prizes too! This is a fun event for spectators as well. The parking lot will be full of vendors, food, and raffle prizes. Make sure to RSVP and follow this event for all updates!
