This hands-on Flavors of Mexico cooking class journeys into the heart of Mexican comfort food, designed to evoke the warmth of a bustling family table and the joy of shared meals. Food is memories, heritage, and connection. You will learn to transform humble ingredients into a deeply satisfying feast that feeds both body and soul.
On the Menu:
- Street-Style Elote: Sweet, charred corn slathered in creamy, tangy sauce and cotija cheese, capturing the nostalgic essence of summer night markets.
- Flame-Kissed Carne Asada: Tender, deeply marinated steak seared to perfection, filled with the rich, smoky aromas of backyard family gatherings.
- Traditional Arroz Rojo: Fluffy, tomato-infused red rice made using time-honored techniques to recreate the comforting side dish found at every authentic Mexican family matrix.
Every guest will receive comprehensive cooking instructions and chef-crafted recipes to recreate each dish at home.
