Ready to try something new in the kitchen? Join us for Roots on the Ryze: Asian Cuisine Class, a fun and flavorful evening designed for adults 45+ who love good food, hands-on experiences, and connecting with others in the community.
Led by Chef Paul Vida, you’ll roll up your sleeves and learn how to prepare three delicious Asian-inspired dishes while discovering the flavors, ingredients, and traditions behind each one:
Japanese Pumpkin Soup
Cambodian Beef Lok Lak
& Szechuan Mapo Tofu with Ground Chicken
Whether you’re already comfortable in the kitchen or simply looking to learn something new, this class is all about cooking, tasting, learning, and enjoying the experience together. Each participant will also take home a quart of prepared food to enjoy later.
