About this Event
Join artist David Blandy for a worlding role-play game workshop exploring how games and storytelling can help us think differently around borders, identity, heritage and the worlds we live in.
We’ll be using fantasy writing and map making to collaboratively build a TTRPG setting that points at the histories and associations with the idea of a borderland.
All welcome, no preparation required.
Roots and Relics is the 3rd year of Meadow Arts’ Borderlands programme which challenges the idea of borders dividing territory and communities and instead sees them as places of connection and shared identity. Through contemporary visual art, the project invites communities to reflect on how they experience and interpret borders in their own lives and globally.
