Rooted is an intimate, immersive wellness experience designed to bring women together through movement, creativity, restoration, and meaningful connection.
This thoughtfully curated gathering invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience wellness in a different way.
What to Expect
MovementThe experience includes a featured Mat Pilates session with Claudine Cooper, alongside other intentional wellness elements.
RestorationMoments of mindfulness, relaxation, and opportunities to reconnect with yourself.
Creativity & ConnectionIntentional workshops, meaningful conversations, and opportunities to build community.
Curated WellnessRefreshments and a selection of women-owned wellness and lifestyle vendors.

Good to Know Before You Arrive
- Limited Capacity: Only 30 spots available for this intimate wellness experience.
- Age Requirement: This is a women-centered experience for guests ages 18 and older.
- What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga or Pilates mat and a water bottle.
- What to Wear: Comfortable Pilates or workout attire. Grip socks are recommended.
- Parking: Street parking is available. Please allow extra time to find parking.
- Refreshments: Light refreshments will be provided.
- Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and settle into the space.
- Experience Level: All fitness levels are welcome. No prior Pilates experience is necessary.
- Registration: Advance registration is required. Space is limited.
